VoltDeals processes orders after payment confirmation and basic fraud-prevention verification. Orders are validated in sequence and then prepared for electronic release.
Digital Delivery
Delivery is electronic only (E-Mail or SMS based on checkout selection). Customers are responsible for providing valid contact details. Invalid or incomplete details may delay delivery until corrected.
Refund & Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before fulfillment starts.
- Completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable.
- Disputes are reviewed case-by-case with order verification.
Verification & Security
To protect customers and prevent fraud, additional verification may be required for selected transactions, including payment validation and identity cross-checks.
Risk Review
